Hoppinger guides companies through their digital transformation. Thanks to our combination of great designers, business consultants, and software engineers, we provide high value, effective digital solutions that are pleasant for the end user, as well as stable, reliable, and future-proof.
We already offer a variety of integrated digital solutions: websites, online marketing, custom portals, business-to-business e-commerce, product configurators, and machine learning are some of the tools our experts deftly handle to give life to their creations. We are very experienced when it comes to connect our digital solutions to the other cornerstones of a digital landscape such as ERP’s and CRM’s.
We are ever-growing and ambitious. For this reason, we want to take yet another step towards further integration of large scale digital landscapes. We want to grow in the ERP sector, by being able to also implement the ERP, instead of merely connecting to it. Thanks to the remaining pieces of the puzzle that we already set up ourselves, we plan to achieve even higher levels of quality, by being able to place the right business logic where it belongs (be it the service bus, the portal, the website, or the ERP).
As an ERP consultant, you are familiar with at least one of the major ERP systems, preferably from the Microsoft ecosystem: AX, Axapta, NAV, Navision, or Business Central. You start working by understanding the needs of the customer, and then implementing, rather than the other way around. You are used to work in a structured manner, following a well-prioritized backlog that accurately reflects the business relevance and value of each bit of functionality.
You are technologically wise: just because a given piece of functionality can be built in the ERP, does not mean it should be. This means that you will think about the appropriate place in the architecture where it is best to put each bit of functionality, in order to ensure a durable and stable architecture. You love the idea of working with a team of other experts whom you can learn from (and inspire!): enterprise architects, developers, business consultants, and UX-designers.
- Have a masters degree in either Business Administration, or Computer Science, or similar;
- Have strong analytical and modelling skills: mapping and translating business processes is second nature to you;
- Ideally have working experience in consultancy and implementing ERP systems in practice;
- Are able to adjust quickly to new systems, and are willing to follow ERP vendor courses and get the relevant certifications;
- You can communicate professionally in both English and Dutch;
- Are available for 32-40 hours per week.
