As a Web Analyst, you are indispensable for improving our clients' digital experience and digital transformation. You are a specialist when it comes to conversion optimization and web analysis and stimulate our 'experiment mindset'. This is how you help the end user and ensure growth with our clients.
You have experience with web analytics, dashboarding and measurement plans based on different sources. You understand how to use click and user data (quantitative and qualitative) for platform improvement plans. Through workshops, you determine growth targets, work out short- and long-term optimization strategies, and maintain dashboards. Thus, you are the tactical and data-driven sparring partner for our clients. You could say that you are their external growth advisor.
You are part of the strategy team. Our team ensures that organizations achieve growth, every day and based on market knowledge, user insights and proven growth models. Together we develop new growth strategies, optimize our best-practices and maintain our market knowledge. We help our business development colleagues convince new customers to realize their digital growth ambitions with us.
Based on the growth approach you co-created, you guide the Hoppinger customer teams in achieving growth targets and optimizing conversion funnels. Each customer team works with focus for a number of customers. You form a team together with the experts on the client side. During client assignments, you work intensively with various other Hoppinger expertises, including UX strategists, concepters, marketing strategists and software architects.

Have a completed HBO/WO education, preferably in marketing, data or business administration;
Have at least 1 year of client experience as an entry-level growth marketer, data analyst or CRO specialist;
Is able to communicate with clients on a tactical level and recognize where and how you can add value (analytical ability);
Possesses natural powers of persuasion and can reduce complex knowledge to understandable language so that you know how to bring both the client and your colleagues into your plans;
Has knowledge of conversion optimization (A/B testing), data analysis (Google Analytics/Looker studio, PowerBI or Tableau), Tag Manager and marketing automation;
Are communicatively strong and express yourself professionally in Dutch and English;
Are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
