Our services therefore cover the full breadth of digitization: from the development of long-term digitization strategies to the actual realization and continuous optimization of various solutions within such roadmaps: platforms, portals, e-business, e-commerce, mobile, digital marketing, etc. To be a long-term partner in the digital transformation of our clients, the role of Digital Strategy Consultant is essential. We are therefore looking for an experienced professional who complements and strengthens our team of strategists.
What impact do you realize?
As a Digital Strategist, specialized in eCommerce/eBusiness/Digital Commerce, you are a strategic sparring partner for the management and board of directors of our clients. Within various sectors (manufacturing/industry/food/B2B/B2C) you help our customers to harness the power of e-commerce platforms by forming the digital strategy and redefining the business within a disruptive retail landscape. You could say you're their external Chief Digital Officer. You know the business, organization and customers of our clients and combine that with your knowledge of digital technology, design, data and digital marketing. With your analytical and entrepreneurial skills, you help our customers digitize their value chain end-to-end and introduce new business models.

The strategy team maintains customer relationships based on its strategic involvement. Together we develop market propositions, sharpen the strategic models and maintain our market knowledge. In this way, we challenge our customers to take the next step in their digital transformation, and we convince new customers to realize their digital growth ambitions with us. In this way, you actively contribute to the business development and qualitative and commercial growth objectives of Hoppinger itself.
Who are you doing this with?
During business development projects and client assignments, you will work intensively with various other Hoppinger expertises, such as: UX strategists, concepters, marketing strategists and software architects. With them you formulate long and short-term digital goals and draw up the roadmap to achieve those objectives. Your 100 colleagues at Hoppinger are all analytical and creative thinkers, appreciated by clients for their energy and commitment. We are happy to share our knowledge and customer successes through publications, webinars and blog posts.
What do you bring?

Technologies such as IoT, data science, marketing automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence are also familiar topics for you. - Have a master's degree in business administration/IT/marketing or an MBA;
- Have over 6 years of work experience, of which a number of years in an IT strategy consultancy or product management role;
- Are able to communicate with customers on a strategic level and recognize where and how you can add value (analytical ability);
- Have affinity and experience with e-commerce (B2B/B2C);
- Has natural persuasiveness and shows leadership, so that you know how to include both the customer and your colleagues in your plans ('consultative selling');
- Are able to formulate complex concepts effectively, verbally and in writing (Dutch and English);
- Are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
